Toddler Yoga is the perfect way to spend some time playing with your busy babies and toddlers.
Classes are split into 2 age ranges;
â€œMovers and Shakersâ€ for 1 to 2 year olds and â€œWalkers and Talkersâ€ for 2 to 3 year olds.
While classes keep a certain amount of flexibility they will usually include some gentle stretching for you and your toddler, a dry massage, active yoga poses with songs, stories and games and finishing with time to discover whatâ€™s in the treasure basket.

As well as building concentration and focus, yoga also helps their confidence to grow.
Yoga is wonderful for developing awareness and respect for themselves, those around them and their environment.
Whilst building their motor skills, co-ordination and balance, yoga is non-competitive and, most importantly, lots of fun to do together.
