Yoga Fresh at this unprecedented time we are now live streaming yoga and pilates session via the www.zoom.us bookings available via web page www.yogafresh.co.uk.we are focused on providing high-quality yoga classes for mixed abilities for men and women – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations from Yoga,Pilates to assist with body strengthening, lung capacity, and helps to reduce medical ailments such as arthritis as well as improving flexibility.
Our aim is to provide a level of mixed ability yoga and Pilates  practice with mindful movements, in your own home . Classes are available throughout .

Sharon’s classes are lots of fun and designed for all abilities as you work at your own level and push yourself as hard as you want. Sharon has a relaxed and engaging teaching style and whilst the sessions are challenging they are highly enjoyable and I leave each session feeling like I have completed a full workout. I would highly recommend this yoga class to anyone looking to improve flexibility and core strength.

Highly recommended:

As one of the blokes I know yoga is something that is still a bit… Not done. Ha, since seeing Sharon I have slimmed down a good bit and I love the relaxation at the end of every session. Everyone that comes along is very well humoured and all different, Sharon makes it challenging for everyone at their own pace. A great and comfortable experience.

I started Yoga at the age of 72 and I’ve found since going to Yoga my flexibility has increased, and my balance is better I find Sharon’s Yoga fitness a great way to get fit and meet new friends Sharon is so friendly and pleasant I always look forward to going on a Wednesday morning.

I love the Tuesday evening mindfulness yoga. It really gives me a chance to switch off. It’s an excellent chance to really work on your posture as there’s a lot of focus on holding positions and being mindful of posture and movement. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been attending Sharon’s yoga classes for over three years. I’m not a naturally sporty person so I was unsure initially as to whether I would cope with doing yoga but I decided to give it a try. I’d had a yoga book on my bookshelf for literally decades, full of good intentions! I’m so glad I raked up the courage to go along. Sharon’s classes are good fun. I have been attending Sharon’s Yoga and Pilates classes for about three years. I have 2 yoga and 1 pilates sessions every week and look forward to everyone of them. I haven’t lost my motivation because Sharon keeps the classes challenging, interesting and fun while still giving us the workout we enjoy. During lockdown its been the highlight of my week and its really good to see and chat with others in the group using Zoom (which you can take anywhere). I would recommend these classes to anyone who wants to improve their all round fitness. Thanks Sharon its fab.
