Description:

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor.  Soon after qualifying I started training with the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy and now have a Diploma in Yoga Therapy.  As a Yoga instructor I have always been drawn to the practitioner who 'can't do yoga'.  My classes are designed to challenge and to that end, if you need a modification or some support to rise to your challenge, then I can provide this.  I also offer Ayurvedic facial lifting massage, plus Ayurvedic foot massage.
