Great yoga session at North Wootton on Wednesday morning! Adele welcomed me as a complete beginner, simplifying the content but really pushing me to maximise my stretches and flows. Looking forward to improving my strength and flexibility at more session. Bonus is that you can pay as you go, so I’m free to move around classes as they fit my schedule.

I had a 1-2-1 yoga with Adele & a full body massage,she couldn’t of been more accommodating & made sure I git the positions right to get the full benefit out of the yoga, would definitely recommend both & would happily do it all again x

Adele is a brilliant instructor and all round lovely person. I’ve been to a number of her classes and the mix of poses and relaxation always leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Each class brings something different, no two are the same.

If you’ve never tried a yoga class this is the one for you, relaxed and newbie friendly as all poses are explained thoroughly.

Awesome yoga classes! I’ve been going for a little while as a complete beginner and found it so beneficial. Adele is a fabulous instructor, friendly and extremely helpful especially to a novice. I have fallen in love with yoga!

As a complete newby to yoga and relaxation I can’t recommend Adele enough! She’s so knowledgable and passionate about what she does which shines through and shows in the results! Excited for the next class and hope to get better overtime.

Having never done yoga before I wanted to give it a go and have thoroughly enjoyed my first 3 sessions with Adele. Her voice and manner are calm and encouraging without pushing me more than I can handle at this stage which is helpful as let’s just say I’m no ‘spring chicken ‘. I recognise how beneficial yoga with Adele is going to be.

I have attended a calming, meditative nature walk and several yoga sessions with Adele. Whether standard or restorative, Adele’s yoga sessions begin and end with the opportunity to completely relax. Adele has a calming voice and she carefully describes how to enter each pose whilst modelling for the class. She ensures that each class member is comfortable, encourages additional challenge and gives extra help as and when required.
As a beginner, Adele puts me at ease and I would recommend to anyone wanting to try yoga.

Adele is THE most wonderful yoga teacher. Positive, calm, thorough, sensitive, observant and thorough. Her classes start and end with a time of wonderful relaxation to really get you into the right head space for practise. Each of the moves is demonstrated and explained thoroughly, and with patience for folks like me who don’t always get it first time.
