Hi, I’m Georgina, a mum of one, and a 250 hour Certified Yogabellies Teacher and Birth ROCKS mentor specialising in feminine yoga for health, vitality and wellness throughout life 💖
I first become obsessed with all things pregnancy and childbirth after giving birth to my own child, and now I want to guide women through their own journey and integrate healthy wellness practices into my clients lives.
My live classes are specifically designed to suit women throughout each life stage from menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.
