About Yoga for Healing
Classes are meditative in content the purpose of which is to encourage physical and internal awareness using asana, pranayama and meditation. They are excellent for keeping the physical body supple and string, lengthening and improving muscle tone and opening the heart centre for inner stillness. The classes are for 1 and half hours. Also one to one sessions for specific problems and difficulties. Some experience would be helpful
Classes taught by British Wheel Trained teacher, with 40 years experience of personal practice and 20 years post training qualification. Additional qualification: BWY Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs; BWY Pranayama Module; additional BWY training in bodywork and certification to teach Mindfulness meditation from University of East Anglia. Also Post Grad. Dip in Person-Centred Therapy from University of East Anglia.
