Children LOVE Yoga!!

123 Yoga Tree is launching Children’s and Family Yoga in Norwich and East Norfolk bringing lots of Yoga happiness through fun, games, songs and dancing.

Classes are light-hearted and super fun; bringing the family community together to connect and create adventures together.
Child-led, friendly sessions for ages 18months to 11 years (ish) to join in and have some fun whilst doing some cool yoga posing!
