I have practiced yoga for many years, but was very pleased when I discovered Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. I turned 50 last year and have always taken care of my skin, health and well-being. I trained to be a face yoga teacher last year by Danielle Collins, who is a world leading face yoga expert. I can now pass these amazing techniques on to my clients, helping them to go forward in life with positivity and the realisation they can look great at any age and stage of their lives in a safe and natural way.
Just like with body exercise, exercising the face works on strengthening the underline muscles, and as these muscles build in strength and tone, the skin attached to the muscles is tautened, lifted and smooth. Also through the face massage techniques, we boost collagen and elastin in the skin, which are the plumping agents needed for a supple youthful appearance, even with the relaxation techniques these will benefit the skin, as this will relieve the strain and tension which can prevent the lines and wrinkles caused through stress. The ideal situation is to practice the upper face and lower face workout everyday for 20 minutes, 6 days a week.
I teach any age, male or female, one to one sessions, group lessons or workshops and even talks to organisations.
