Hi, my name is Gill McGready and I have been doing Dru Yoga for several years. It wasn't long before I knew that I wanted to train to teach this wonderful, gentle, empowering, graceful and potent yoga. I am passionate about Dru Yoga and am now able to offer classes in Tunstall and Bedale, North Yorkshire. I am also a Prenatal (pregnancy) yoga teacher and run classes, offered in small groups. What is Dru Yoga?
The foundations of Dru Yoga are set firmly in ancient yogic tradition and its emphasis on soft, flowing movements, Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stress.
Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups, it is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. It is now taught in many different countries, and as such has become one of the largest yoga organisations in the world. As hundreds of our students are finding every day, at its most simple, Dru Yoga helps relieve the pressures of modern living.
