Looking after our mental and physical health through movement and mindfulness. We offer Yoga Classes, Pilates Classes, Mindfulness Coaching and Workshops, Kids & Adults Yoga & Mindfulness Classes, Acro & Gymnastics Workshops, Dance 1-to-1's.
1-to-1's are available in all of the above.
Classes are a safe space for you to come and feel better, that's it. No expectations of "leg behind the head" poses or knowledge of yoga philosophy. You simply come to class to feel better, and if that means taking an hour long nap, you go for it. We want to learn to look after our mental health and our physical health, by moving and being mindful.
