Elizabeth is a Yorkshire based Yoga therapist and teacher.
I specialise in teaching yoga and yoga therapy sessions one to one and in small groups in the comfort of your home. My approach is gentle and customised to meet you and your needs in that moment — drawing upon a wide variety of yoga practices including breath work and meditation and yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. We can work together to create and practice your own personalised sequence, or you may be working with a specific issue. Private yoga can help you in several ways:
