Ricky is a well experienced yoga teacher with qualifications in personal training, Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Assessment, GP referral & level 4 lower back pain. His classes are at Fashionable Fitness in their purpose built yoga studio.

Classes are £3.50 for gym members & £5 for non members
