A class will include a warm up, flowing sequence, asana practice, which is modified to get the benefits of the posture-its not about getting into the perfect pose-that\'s just not Yoga!
Breathe work and a relaxation complete the Yoga experience.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 years experience in musculoskeletal conditions (arthritis, back pain, aches and pains, soft tissue injuries...) I bring an added layer to my Yoga class, ensuring that you have a work out that is safe and fun.
