Happiness, peace, love and calm already exist within you. Yoga is a personal journey towards finding the right balance that allows you to shine through, both on and off the mat. A-YOGA practice stretches and strengthens our bodies. It teaches us to move mindfully and connect with our breath, which leads us to be mindful and present in our daily tasks. It nourishes our souls, and it teaches us the freedom to be still.
This is the perfect class for beginners / intermediate who want to learn the basic postures and fundamental aspects of Hatha yoga, as well as seasoned students who are looking for a more gentle practice. My classes will allow you to gain the knowledge you need to begin your yoga journey. You will learn the basic terminology, and then over time develop the strength, mindfulness, inner peace, relaxation and flexibility necessary for yoga.
I will provide extra attention to detail and hands-on assistance that will help you find ease, confidence, and comfort in your practice.
A-Yoga class will prepare you for a spiritual and rewarding practice, and they are open to men and women of all ages and levels of fitness.
