About Renata Perini Fitness Wellbeing & Nutrition

Hello! I’m Renata, an Italian who is passionate about health and wellbeing. As a qualified Personal trainer, Metafit coach and Freestyle Fitness Yoga instructor (and Reiki Practitioner!) I will help to support you in reaching your objectives and aspirations, whether you are a seasoned gym veteran or a complete newbie. Specialising in fitness, nutrition and wellbeing, I believe in providing a fully committed and individually tailored service to all my clients who live in York and the surrounding villages.

As 50+ year old man who was a little sceptical about yoga , Renata’s classes have really open my mind to the benefits of yoga especially after a Metafit class . I can highly recommend Renata’s Free Style Fitness Yoga classes

Renata’s yoga class at Xercise Gym in Haxby, is a great way to develop strong muscles and flexibility. The group is friendly with a great sense of humour. Renata puts you at ease and only pushes you as far as you are comfortable. If you are looking for balance, flexibility and a calm relaxing yoga session, look no further.

Renata’s yoga classes are always well organised and executed wonderfully. She is so kind and calm and generous with her time. I particularly enjoy the mindfulness yoga class, having just finished a mindfulness course this class has been perfect to
maintain and continue the benefits of mindfulness.

I attend Renata’s Thursday evening class at Holtby which I really enjoy.
Renata is very professional in that she both explains and demonstrates well. She is really friendly, kind and caring.
She changes the exercises fairly often so we are constantly learning and challenging ourselves and makes the classes fun..

I attend Renata’s yoga class in Holtby, which is aimed at fitness, as well as her mindfulness session on Friday mornings. They are very different and I love both. There is a wide range of ability and age in the classes but Renata manages to cater for everyone and she is always encouraging and supportive. If you can’t do what the others are doing, she suggests a different position and everyone gets the best out of themselves. I hope to continue as long as I can.

I was really struggling with my back. Gardening was a nightmare! This year after several yoga classes the difference is amazing. All that bending and stretching is so much easier. Now I do metafit with Renata too. I can almost keep up with the rest of my very fit group and the enargy I have is growing weekly.

My name is Jeremy I am in my mid-60s, semi-retired and run 10ks and half-marathons. After an injury my fitness deteriorated and Renata, whose combined Metafit and fitness yoga class I attend every Friday morning, has done wonders for getting me back on track. I have recently started at Renata’s Fitness Yoga in Gilling. I’m really enjoying it, the hour goes very quickly and the effect of combining yoga postures with movement loosens the muscles and increases stamina. Renata is a very perceptive teacher, helpful and encouraging.
