Mixed ability Hatha/Vinyasa flow Yoga classes for ladies and gents at the beautiful Deighton Lodge, Deighton just south of York with local teacher Laura Graham, Level 3 Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training and Bliss Baby Yoga postnatal teacher training.
