Tori Williams teaches yoga to help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind. Her classes will guide you through yoga practices that include all 8 Limbs of Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced yoga with held postures and some flow work that creates balance, strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Philosophical themes, pranayama breathing practices, meditation and relaxation feature in class – to move you steadily and mindfully towards a greater sense of wellbeing.
Hatha Yoga has also been proven to improve sleep, mobility, postural conditions, mental health, cardiovascular health, concentration; protect bone health; regulate blood pressure; reduce back pain; soothe your nervous system; and provide a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
