I have been practising yoga for 12 years and am continually amazed by the gift that yoga brings to me - my body and my mind. I love sharing this with others, and have been teaching yoga since 2007.
Classes are suitable for all abilities, helping students to re-connect with their bodies to re-discover inner peace and serenity, whilst stretching and strengthening the whole of the body to help improve and enhance flexibility. Modifications and adjustments can be given as necessary to ensure all can enjoy yoga, no matter what your ability or physical condition. Classes focus on work with the breath (pranayama), the body (asanas) and a time for relaxation, allowing you to feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated by the end of a session.
I am fully insured, hold a 200 hr Diploma from the Inner Healing School of Yoga, a member of the Independent Yoga Network and undertake a minimum of 30 hours additional continuing professional development each year. I have also trained in pregnancy, remedial yoga, and yoga for golfers.
