About Yoga Senses

Rebecca has been teaching yoga since 2004 sharing the benefits that practising yoga brings to everyone. The classes are a mixture of yoga flow and hatha yoga focusing on breathing for relaxation with an atmosphere that makes the classes welcoming and friendly. The classes are suitable for all levels and can always be adapted to any specific requirements such as recurring injuries, pregnancy or post -natal. With full insurance and CRB check, I can arrange to run classes in nurseries and schools during the teaching day or as an extracurricular activity.

1-1 sessions are also available. Rebecca is a fully trained yoga therapist working with clients suffering from injuries, postoperative or needing some time of calm and relaxation. They are also great if you’re new to yoga and would like to feel prepared before joining a group class.

Classes are booked in blocks or you can drop in, once you are booked in you can swap to any other classes so that you don’t miss out on your weekly stretch. There are plenty of mats to borrow, just wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
