I offer Yoga for All at Watford and Bushey. Pregnancy & postnatal Yoga and Birth preparation Workshops. Where all needs of pregnant and postnatal women are addressed in cozy and comfortable space. These groups are kept very small size to give very personalized attention. I am a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and trained in many different traditions and styles of yoga. Teaching yoga more than 20 years. My style is an unique blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga and Kundalini Yoga. Classes are diverse, focused and fun.
