With a lifelong passion for wellbeing and health, I found my calling teaching yoga. I teach an embodied yoga practice with the aim of nurturing creativity, and engendering compassion for ourselves and others. I teach from a therapeutic base point and consider myself to be on a constant learning journey, expanding my knowledge through study, workshops and attending regular classes.
Drawing inspiration from many styles of yoga. My classes are based around vinyasa flow, whilst weaving through elements of nourishing yin. Using breathwork and mindfulness to move through a flowing sequence, nurturing both body and mind.
