Sacred Garden Yoga & Gongs

I am an experienced yoga teacher and gong master offering flow, yin, restorative and gong baths from my boutique rural studio in Collingham. My classes cater for the complete beginner to those more experienced in yoga, have a maximum of 9 participants and take place in a fully equipped dedicated studio conveniently located between Lincoln and Newark, 2 minutes off the A46 with free car parking.

With an emphasis on mental wellbeing, my classes are fun, informal and accessible for all.
