A perfect blend of Yoga exercises to improve the body’s strength, flexibility, balance and mobility and Pilates to strengthen and tighten the core of the body.
1st Class £5.20 then £31 Per 6 week block.
Our wonderful tutor Gemma teaches a perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates involving strengthening, mobilisation of joints, stretch and relaxation
