It is important for me to facilitate a holistic approach to the eight limbs of yoga and so in my yoga classes, I incorporate elements of physical asana, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and mantra and I encourage each student to listen to how their body feels rather than pushing themselves. All levels are welcome as I offer modifications and variations of poses. I love to learn about this wonderful way of life and I love to share. I provide regular newsletters to subscribers because I believe a regular and effective yoga practice is not just about what happens on the yoga mat.
I teach adult, teenagers, pregnancy and post-natal yoga along with children's yoga in schools and in the form of after-school clubs.
I offer classes for all abilities and offer an online booking facility on my website.
