Hatha Yoga for the busy people of Keyworth, Nottinghamshire and surrounding villages teaching in the community.

I am a Yoga Alliance 200hr and YMCA Award Level 3 qualified Yoga teacher helping local people find physical, mental and emotional freedom.

Everyone starts Yoga for different reasons, and I promise, you don’t have to be flexible to start.
