Class contains Yoga and Pilates poses to keep your body flexible throughout pregnancy, working on those muscles changing for birth, strengthen pelvic floor, breathing techniques to use during labour and finishing with relaxation to help you unwind and relax.
You can join from 12 weeks/2nd Trimester. Subject to completion of a Health Screening Questionnaire Form.
No previous experience is necessary. Booking essential, due to limited places available.
