Qualified Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher working in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. I host weekly classes in Tibshelf, Derbyshire included a candlelight yoga (hatha) and yin yang yoga (vinyasa flow and restorative) all suitable for beginners.

I’m mainly based in Tibshelf, Derbyshire, hosting twice weekly classes and monthly specials including sound baths. Classes include:

• Candlelight Yoga in Tibshelf (Hatha) – Sunday evening
