Hi I'm Lucy, I provide private multi style yoga lessons for all ages from complete beginner to intermediate levels in and around the central Nottingham areas. I teach at my own house in Sherwood or I can come to you if you prefer and live in the following local areas: Sherwood, Carrington, Mapperley, Mapperley Park, Woodthorpe and Arnold.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation in which I will assess your health and lifestyle to create an individual lesson plan that is completely personal to your needs. Beat stress, sooth aches and pains, recover from injuries, fight depression or just simply improve general health and well being.

Call, text or email to book a session. A 1 hour lesson is £35 or book a course of 5 lessons for £150. All equipment is provided.

I have 5 years experience of teaching and 10 years experience of self practice. My qualifications were gained in India and Thailand and include RYS 200hr Teacher Training and Kavya of Hatha Yoga Certificate. I am insured and registered with Yoga Alliance UK.
