Yoga with Clare

Hi I’m Clare. I run friendly and fun Hatha yoga classes in Newark. I have practised Hatha yoga for twenty years and qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga five years ago.

My current classes are:

Thursday evenings at the Bridge Community Centre on Lincoln Road in Newark.

6:15-7:45pm – Intermediates. Class is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga.

8-9:15pm – Beginners and Improvers. Class is suitable for those who are new to yoga or have maybe not practised for a while and are looking to restart a regular practice.
