I provide local Yoga and Pilates classes for all ages and mixed abilities mostly in health clubs, 1-2-1 and corporate tuition. I am also a mobile remedial massage therapist and provide relaxation massage also.

I want my classes to feel inclusive, warm and liberating. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years now and teaching Yoga and Pilates for over 17.

I draw from different styles and teach a fluid, vinyasa flow class to enhance calm, allow time to become aware of good alignment but also to get our bodies ‘into the corners’ of poses to make the most of the flexibility as well as the strength gains. I love the fluidity and creativity of linking poses and co-ordinating movement with breath.
