I offer pre and postnatal yoga inspired classes to help strengthen the body and the mind in preparation for birth and becoming a mum. Our classes have been designed to alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and give you tools and techniques to use during labour and beyond. The postnatal class follows on and helps to heal the body after birth. Babies are welcome to these classes and some moves are designed to be done with or without baby in your arms.
