I teach a holistic system from the Bihar/Satyananda tradition which works with postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. It is non- competitive and particularly good for dealing with stress.
Amarajyoti is an experienced teacher with a specialism in Yoga for Mental Health and also trained in Mindfulness.
