As I was coming towards the end of my University degree, I was feeling that my life was lacking direction. I had practiced yoga for a number of years & decided to take the plunge into teaching. I completed a Yoga Alliance 200 hour course in 2013 & began teaching around the Nottinghamshire area.
I believe yoga is a great way of helping individuals through the challenges of work & day to day life. Not only does it have the obvious physical benefits, but yoga also has huge emotional & mental wellbeing benefits too. I aim to stress these benefits throughout the classes & help the individuals to gain a positive awareness about their physical body & their mind.
The style of the classes are dynamic flow, suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
