I have always been more of a kick boxer than a yoga type, but I gave Yoganatal a try after having my daughter and I have found it really enjoyable!!!! The teacher is lovely and very friendly! You can’t possibly feel intimidated! (Even if some of the positions she can get herself into look inhuman!!) The poses are all fine for me with my fighting background, but she’ll still find more challenging adaptations for me….also easier ones if needed!!!!!!! My class is in Burton Joyce and the site is very nice and clean, and in the nice weather we have… Read more »

I started yoga classes with YogaNatal in November last year as a complete novice hoping to become more supple and improve my strength. I love Ann’s supportive and calm style of teaching, she suitably challenges us during each session but at the same time urges us to respect and listen to our bodies making modifications to different poses to suit all abilities.
Even after a stressful day at work, I leave every one of Ann’s sessions feeling thoroughly relaxed.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone!
