Upali Rathnayaka is an inspirational Yoga teacher with many years experience who has a unique ability to instruct and guide the beginner through to the advanced student. He is an authentic  Master of Yoga, Ayurveda practice and Theravada Buddhism.

Attending a class is truly a spiritual experience with the classes beginning with a deep vibrational mantra that echoes through the dome to the depths of the inner being. You are gently guided into a totally cleansing practice that is invigorating and calming to the mind body and soul, the relaxation is often guided by the delightful tones on the bamboo flute played by Upali himself.
