YogaTumz - Pregnancy Yoga Classes - Mondays 7.15-8.30pm
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy (or earlier with Midwife consent).
Our classes are run by Claire, a fully qualified FEDANT approved antenatal teacher, and fully qualified Yoga Alliance Yoga teacher.
We meditate with our growing babies, move in kind and strengthening yoga poses, and relax deeply with our guided visualization meditations.
You will be set up on the groups WhatsApp group and be provided with a PDF e-booklet to accompany the courses. You will receive topic time videos every week covering all subjects like breathing techniques and anything pregnancy!
We welcome all students, whether a complete beginner or an expert in yoga!
**Each course is £50 which includes manual and WhatsApp group set up. Then rebooking yoga students get a 10% discount**
Pregnancy Yoga will give you the tools to:
Create space for your growing baby
Connect with your baby through meditation
Learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birthing
Relax and unwind
Ease pregnancy related symptoms such as SPD, Sciatica and fatigue
Meet other expectant Mums and enjoy your special journey together
These classes are not 'yoga inspired' like other classes that are around. We practise actual Hatha Yoga poses that have been adapted for the pregnant woman, pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxations. It doesn't matter if you are new to yoga either, as most people are that join the class. All the classes are at a beginner level and there are modifications available to make the poses easier or harder depending on how your body feels.
Those joining me for the last few weeks of pregnancy (36-40 weeks) the classes are £9 each class.
