Both yoga & Pilates are good for improving posture and alignment, increasing stamina and energy flow and are a wonderful way to have some productive time to yourself. My particular emphasis is on working safely as an individual and so I always offer options and modifications to cater for every student's needs.
I am an experienced teacher, registered as a Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance, with whom I qualified in 2011 on completion of my 500 hour training course. I teach mixed ability classes, for all ages and levels of experience and work with private clients, to enhance their practice, or target particular injuries or concerns.
I also offer workshops.
