I am a 500hr Diploma teacher with British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Therapist based in Banbury.

The classes are offer are gently challenging and modifications are offered to suit the varied range of student abilities. Therapeutic elements of Embodiment and Compassion are weaved into my teaching.

I teach Embodied Hatha Flow at Bloxham Jubilee Hall on Tuesday evenings 19:30-21:00 and Thursday evenings  at Wardington Memorial Hall 19:00-20:30. *Please see website for further details.

I also hold private yoga classes and therapy session either in person at £50 per hour or online £40 per hour.
