My name is Andreea, I am the owner of Namastayzen, and I have been practicing yoga for the last 7 years. I am teaching a gentle Hatha-Vinyasa fusion style, beginners are always welcome to practice. Working in retail for the last 7 years, I needed something to keep me stress free, to help me cope with a busy and noisy environment. My life changed when I discovered Yoga, which I practiced at first purely for the physical side of it (for stretching and to get rid of low back pain). When I met my first yoga teacher, I realised that yoga means so much more than the physical postures and that it can offer me a lot of tools that I can use to cope with challenging situations, people, mindsets. Yoga helped me to tame my overthinking and “worrier” nature and I learned that most of the times, the negative scenarios that we create in our minds will not happen.
