Hi, my name is Bex Landale and I am a 200 hour registered yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga.
My aim is to lead meaningful and light hearted practices tailored to all abilities and needs. I use the breath as a guide through all of my sequences, helping to connect the body and mind through movement. Often working with themes to give direction to the practice, I always finish my classes with a blessing of light and love.
I absolutely love working with specific parts of the body to help ease tension and create awareness, so I’m always having conversations with my students about what they want to work on.
