Nikki Jackson has been teaching yoga for 22 years. She blends her training with The British Wheel of Yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Occupational Therapy to provide both traditional yoga techniques with modern health practises that are appropriate for modern day living. She has a wealth of experience in teaching yoga via a variety of well known schools such as Sivananda , Viniyoga, Bihar School of Yoga, Astanga as well as training in Kerela India .
Yoga Focus provides several classes, Saturday workshops and individual yoga therapy sessions throughout each week.
Thursday 10am - 11.30 am and 11.45 am - 1pm
