About Simply Balance

My name is Natasha, I'm a qualified Hatha yoga teacher, MBSR Mindfulness teacher and a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I teach a 60-minute Mindfulness and Hatha yoga class. Mindfulness helps to build awareness, lowers stress responses, anxiety and depression.

At the beginning of class, I introduce mindfulness meditation and then movements after which we go into Hatha Yoga working through some cardiovascular postures stretching the fascia connective tissue to encourage relaxation we introduce supportive passive restorative postures at the end of practice to relieve the body out of the fight or flight response enabling lower cortisol levels.

I have recently started teaching classes at

Monday Classes - 10-11 am Alfred Drive Community Centre
Tuesday Classes - 7pm-8pm - Civic Hall Didcot
Thursday Classes 9am-10am Allsaints Community Centre Didcot

if the times are not convenient for you why not come and join me for zoom sessions online.
