FYF is one of only 3 certified teachers who teach Yogaflow® to this level in the UK. It’s a unique flowing style, connecting body and mind in the present moment. By uniting the breath with flowing yoga postures, the practice supports relaxation in action with spinal-wave like flows in dynamic and held asanas (postures).
