I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, which is a creative and athletic type of yoga to help develop individual strength, mobility and flexibility, whilst developing a sense of mindfulness in practise.
I've been involved in sport my whole life and have always appreciated mindfulness in training. Developing a strong core as well as increasing mobility and flexibility have been well documented to increase performance and logeivity in athletes both professional and recreationally.
I've also discovered a very creative side of yoga through teaching it to two amazing children with autism, incorperating it into stories and various activities.
I trained as a yoga teacher in Bali with Frog Lotus International (RYT 200) and discovered through various inspiring teachers and fellow trainees, a really creative whilst physically challenging and nurturing style of practise and teaching.
Yoga classes are offered in Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas as well as regions of South West London.
