Yoga - The ancient natural method of healing is about feeling good, relaxed and energised. Each of the poses gently stretches, opens and eases away your aches and stresses and creates space in your body. By practicing Yoga you begin to turn your focus inwards, away from all the external chaos life throws at us and you begin to focus on how your body feel and slowly you begin to listen your body.
About April - I am an energetic individual with a passion for people, life and holistic health. I took a career break from a manic corporate role and studied Sivanada Yoga in Kerala, India back in 2003 and have been teaching for the past 15 years. My style of Yoga is one which is deeply rooted to its true source and I bring the full spectrum of yoga to each of my classes.
As with most working mum' I juggle teaching yoga with motherhood. Yoga is my one grounding stability that ensures I am able to take on the everyday challenges that life throws my way. To give everyone the tool of Yoga to help them to face their own life struggles or stresses is my greatest motivation for teaching.
