Ali James teaches yoga to enable and maintain flexibility, mobility and stability, whatever one’s age or ability.
Taking inspiration from nature and the outdoors, she enjoys making yoga more accessible to everyone, eradicating the stereotypes and focusing on proper alignment and breathing. She offers yoga tuition as both a complementary practice to help range of motion and injury prevention in sport and other fitness activity, and as a way of staying supple and stable, wherever you are in your life.
Qualifying in a particularly rigorous YTT200 hrs course, with Waking Minds Yoga, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance. She specialises in 1:1 work with: sports people and athletes, beginners, those people with restricted movement or conditions, small groups, workshops, retreats and other bespoke sessions.
