My practice is dynamic for ALL levels however.
My practice is resotrative and preventative. It focuses on the breath to still the body and mind; e-energise and increase suppleness in the body.
I teach at St Annes and St Hughes college as well as lunchtime corpoarte lessons and one-to-ones.
I am now opening up my home to a more intimate class once a week for four people to benefit from a focus on the correction of each asana; a small class where there are many adjustments and the progress is fast.
