I’m a certified yoga teacher (yoga alliance 200RYT) specialising in vinyasa, ashtanga, and restorative yoga, as well as pranayama and meditation. I am also fully qualified in seasonal yoga and like to sneak an element of the seasons into my vinyasa flows and pranayama classes

I love giving people the tools they need to improve their bodies and minds, helping them be more present and happy in their daily lives

my classes can be adapted to suit all levels, everyone is welcome!
