Prepare for birth and beyond with other mums-to-be in a welcoming and supportive space.
The antenatal yoga classes will provide a nurturing environment for pregnant women to practice:
- Yoga based postures
- Breath techniques
- Principles of active birth
Classes are taught by a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher with 500 hours Teacher Training Study, with additional training in Antenatal Yoga.

Parent and Child Yoga
A space for parents to practice yoga and children to play. Classes provide a supportive and welcoming environment in which to stretch and strengthen the body, breath and mind. Each session will include yoga sequences, stories, songs and sound. The classes are open to all, from babes in arms to tottering toddlers and energetic pre-schoolers.
