YogaBellies for Pregnancy - Tuesdays 7:00pm - Cargill Hall, Bridge of Weir & Saturdays 9:30am - Brookfield Village Hall Pregnancy yoga class for women 12+ weeks pregnant, suitable right up until you have baby and for all levels of yoga experience. Each pose will be adapted per trimester and adaptations can always be made for any specific ailments such as Pelvic Girdle Pain, Sciatica or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
YogaBellies for Mum & Baby - Tuesday 10:30am - Killellan Halls, Houston Post-natal yoga class suitable for Mums 6 weeks after birth (or 10 weeks after a c-section). Baby comes with you and we do yoga for mum, yoga for baby and yoga together. We really focus on gently strengthening your BAPS - Back, Abs and Pelvic Floor. Again, these classes are suitable for everyone - you don’t need to have ever done yoga before!
